Assistant Manager

Supports overall operations by managing and training a team, reinforcing company policies, and maintaining performance standards. Learns and applies technical key-cutting skills while developing leadership and communication abilities. Responsible for having professional, effective conversations with team members and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Van Operator

Manages and operates the company van while providing professional, customer-focused service. Engages in proper and effective conversations with customers and team members, and assists in training others to confidently perform the same duties.
